Nothing, there is too much of politics and they expect you to give your 24 hours to them, work even if you are sick or hospitalized. Unacceptable culture in the company which everyone is aware about but nobody can do anything about it because the leaders are creating this unhealthy environment.

No work life balance, the managers lie to get the work done putting everything on the higher management that they are creating this pressure. Expects to you work during your leaves and weekends. Too much of politics. Expects a lot of work from you but in return doesn't offer any financial stability.
