Nothing, there is too much of politics and they expect you to give your 24 hours to them, work even if you are sick or hospitalized. Unacceptable culture in the company which everyone is aware about but nobody can do anything about it because the leaders are creating this unhealthy environment.

Dislikes

No work life balance, the managers lie to get the work done putting everything on the higher management that they are creating this pressure. Expects to you work during your leaves and weekends. Too much of politics. Expects a lot of work from you but in return doesn't offer any financial stability. It's the worst company to work with, do not waste your time and mental health in such a toxic company.

No work life balance, females managers are like goons in the organisation. Specially Ari**** she is the most toxic person with no personal life. Thinks the same for the employees. They only hire females because they can dominate and manipulate them.

There is no work life balance you knw what time you are logging in but there's no fix time when to log out you are even expected to work 11-12 hrs a day without extra pay and sometimes not even appreciated.
