This company don’t care about their employees, there is a flood from 5 days in all the areas, still they want there employees to come office and work. Even if there is a red alert due to extreme bad weather still they want us to be in office they don’t care if you are alive or not, if you are coming from far distant in that red alert heavy rainfall still they don’t mind they just want their work they don’t care about anything else, lot of politics, lot of pressure....Read More

Only they give salary on time

Dislikes

1- asking to work on Saturday and they don’t pay 2- baised company they do not promote the talent . Promotions are on the basis of relationship 3- NO work life balance 4- frequent change in structure and all and many more things 5- company senior people are not clear what is the company vision every 6 months vision changes
