Colleagues and some managers were supportive in handling challenging projects and resolving issues.

Dislikes

The scope for formal training and skill development was limited, which impacted your growth in certain technical areas. The salary and growth opportunities were not aligned with the level of responsibility you held, which was a key factor in seeking new opportunities. Due to the high demands and frequent on-site requirements, maintaining a balance between work and personal life was challenging.
