They treat the employees just like a slave. They do not give importance to work-life balance. whatever the employee situation is, they just want the employee to work. They pressurize the employee in such a way that the employee will be in a dilemma as if he doesn't know they way of work, he doesn't know the work and how to work.. and the process is complete manual
