1 Cibeles will take only Medvol order sales , its will lose 10k monthly some times Customer( hospitals ) gives direct orders to the distributors, they unknowingly billing after the month, we will take area wise we knows the sales without Medvol. 2.Doctor service (activity) delays It will affect not only sale but also we lost the relationship with the doctor. 3. Likes I really likes in Cibeles, family care is more important like birthday and anniversary gifts and family Insurance. Celebration employes family special occation culture is very good. It makes cibeles different from other pharma companies.

Dislikes

Modvol order system is very bad, sometime dr or hospital gives order directly to us on call or sometimes to stokist. But company will get order count only medvol order.
