I really likes in Cibeles, family care is more important like birthday and anniversary gifts and family Insurence.

Dislikes

1 Cibeles will take only Medvol order sales , its will lose 10k monthly some times Customer( hospitals ) gives direct orders to the distributors, they unknowingly billing after the month, we will take area wise we knows the sales without Medvol. 2.Doctor service (activity) delays It will affect not only sale but also we lost the relationship with the doctor. 3. Not availability of new product samples.

Likes I really likes in Cibeles, family care is more important like birthday and anniversary gifts and family Insurance. Celebration employes family special occation culture is very good. It makes cibeles different from other pharma companies.

Dislikes

Modvol order system is very bad, sometime dr or hospital gives order directly to us on call or sometimes to stokist. But company will get order count only medvol order.

Good remuneration, treats us like a family. Gifts for all birthdays and anniversaries in the family, Medi claims...

Dislikes

Customer activities are very slow, sometimes delay in incentives, no apraisal from company while doing targets, no cycle meetings and no encouragements, no endowments, sometimes pulling me back from doing work.

Culture and Family being nature of all Cibelians make me more motivated of doing work. Ethics are primarily important aspect to work with Cibeles. Happy to HR here as Cibelian

Man management authority is not much designed need to improve that context is must to grow the organisation like cibeles

Because Every Saturday Holiday we can get relax and spend more time with family and friends. Irrespective sales arranging and inviting for get-together to the Cibeles family.

Dislikes

Minimum doctor list, not maintained sufficient stock to supply, and unnecessary pressure about stockist.
