Supportive faculty.

Dislikes

There is a stressful environment in the school.Too much roasting and testing of teachers. No stability. Overall it a hire and fire organisation. Long hours and low pay.

Colleague are cooperative and helpful

Dislikes

Lots of work pressure Mismanagement No fixed time for teachers They can't use their own teaching skills. No growth No proper facility available from school side After school you have lots of work to do at home even you have no time for your family. They give work on holiday also. Giving random work to do in limited time even at night also
