The school can not give growth after 2 years maximum. The salary growth is next to nil. They don't give full salary scale & follow the rule of increasing the salary as per DA system. Less scaled admin or teachers got only rs 300/- yearly increment. Now about the management they keep on juggling in themselves for the hold on school which is a worst part. The last but not the least they force teachers and other staff to work on sundays & other holidays for their school marketing. The school used to have a good atmosphere 1 year back.
