Being a govt org. it is secure, work culture is also good. but management is poor that needs to improve.

Dislikes

Teammates are good helping hands you will get, there is no training before jumping on a project, career growth is slow. salary is also not as per IT industry stands. Travel is there based on Project requirements. Politics is everywhere. You have to put extra effort for learining. work env. is good. No innovation. work life is also average
