Dislikes

I have a general dislike for company cultural events, such as Fun Fridays and office parties. I often find these gatherings feel forced and lack genuine engagement, which can create an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Likes

Not as hectic as other news publications although crunch time for the magazine can be pretty hectic. But, all in all, manageable. Work from home is great.

Dislikes

Poor tech department. Tech issues are not resolved on time which affects work now and then.
