No professionalism. No job security Not safe for female employees CEO will behave badly...he is pure manipulator..he will disrespect about employees in their absence ..He will talk only with female employees in his cabin. Will flirt. Will ask personal stuff s with female employees. When ever he is visiting india he will call employees inside his cabin(. Only female employees ) minimum half an hour. He will flirt. Speak non sense things. He is 50 plus aged.. His behavior is very cheap.. I can tell upto this.. Hope u all understand No work culture.. No proper management No HR management system. Everything is manual here. If u are joining here... First they won't release offer letter.. They will delay it 1 year probation period.. After completion of probation you need to serve for two more years compulsory. They will get a bond sign ed agreement... If u exit before bond period you need to pay them 2 lakhs rupees. CEO will terminate you at anytime when he don't likes you. You won't be provided with any kind of documents when you relieve. There are five plus cases are filed legally file d against this company . In labour court.. O would strongly recommend not to join this company... Especially women employees don't join here......Read More
