However the major Conecrn is Job security…. The company’s frequesnt hire and fire policy can create a climate of uncertainty and instability…. The issue of voluntary layoffs further excerbates these situations . Suggesting need to work more closely with workforce and their inclusion. And very few older employees who exhibit very toxic environment towards mid- senior employees . This need to be addressed .
