THE THE MANAGEMENT SAVE AND EXCEPT DIRECTORS IS BOGUS AS THE APPRAISAL REPORT OF EACH EMPLOYEE IS NOT ACTUALLY DETERMINED ON THE BASIS OF THE EFFICIENCY,CAPABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY . THE SAID REPORT IS ALSO DETERMINED BY THE HOD WHO HAS NO IDEA ABOUT THE NATURE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE JOB VESTED WITH EACH EMPLOYEE

GENERALLY SPEAKING , MY WORK IS CHALLENGING AS I HAVE TO LOOK AFTER THE ENTIRE INCOME TAX/ TDS MATTERS AND AM INVOLVED IN FINALISATION OF ACCOUNTS FOR ENTIRE BOTHRA GROUP OF COMPANIES AND ALSO LOOK AFTER ALL ACCOUNTS OF HEAD OFFICE
