Title: **Disappointing Experience - Unfulfilled Commitments** *Review:* I joined Blue Ball Technologies with high hopes for professional growth and contribution as an HR executive. However, my experience fell short in several critical aspects. **Pros:** - Comprehensive training programs for the IT sector. - Promising career prospects showcased during the recruitment process.

Dislikes

- **Financial Discrepancies:** Despite working diligently for 1 month and 10 days, I received only half of the promised salary. Neither was there any sign of PF benefits nor any formal documentation (offer letter, relieving letter). - **Lack of Communication:** The absence of a proper explanation for the delayed payment and the unavailability of essential documents created unnecessary stress and uncertainty. **Summary:** Regrettably, my experience with Blue Ball Technologies was marred by unfulfilled commitments. As an ex-employee, the non-payment of my owed salary and the absence of essential documents remains unresolved to this day, leaving a bitter aftertaste. **Recommendation:** For those considering opportunities here, I advise careful consideration and clarity regarding financial commitments and documentation before joining....Read More
