It appears that senior designations are held by individuals closely associated with the RBH family or other known persons, and the operations head and city head seem to prioritize hiring those within their personal networks. This raises concerns about nepotism and favoritism. Furthermore, female employees face unfair treatment and harassment, with promotions potentially being granted based on personal relationships rather than merit. This creates a toxic work environment and undermines the value of hard work and dedication. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of support for employees who are not part of the favored group, with expectations to complete work even when hospitalized. This is unacceptable and highlights the need for a more inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
