Terrible experience. I have worked 3 years in this co . No professional work and environment and was at same salary level from 2018 to 2021. The promoters are good. Never sack any employee. Other than job security there is nothing for a professional degree holder. All staffs are at graduate level and either local of guwahati or from remote area of rajesthan, who have no choice. No professional approach. Worst for professional to work as the intention and will of the promoter is to not adopt professional approach but still growing in bottom and top line with continuing marwari , thekedar , gaddi and shop style , probably money making is the main aim of marwari promoter which is good job creation for weaker section of the community and tax contribution....Read More
