Basically lot of training and promises and full of fake standards...at the end of the day in ground reality you will get no support or anything.woring culture is worse and though duty is officially from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm but will find it endless no holiday,management expects to be available on holiday.Company will not provide enough man power and will expect you to perform in every vertical and pay less....Read More

Worst exp in my carieer of 14 years. I have worked with joints like BOC and Punj Lloyd and even menows like Skiline Delhi based contractors.Would say culture of Skyline was far better than MFAR. Wish I had not joined this company
