Worst exp in my carieer of 14 years. I have worked with joints like BOC and Punj Lloyd and even menows like Skiline Delhi based contractors.Would say culture of Skyline was far better than MFAR. Wish I had not joined this company

Firstly the company HO being at Bangalore with all senior management staffs from South part of India they have got a tremendous biasness for the South Indians ..infact I was so astonished to see how they hate the Bengalis while they are doing business in Bengal...There is tremendous showoff pressure but at the end of the day neat result is ZERO.
