Yes no doubt Teachers training is very useful for the teachers and students. Digital education is running on regular basis.

Dislikes

1.Bharti Foundation terminated many people without any prior notice and without any reasons. In my case regional Head and Senior HR Manager suddenly came in the district office and said to resignation. When I denied for the resignation. Regional Head said to the HR dept and immediately terminated me. 2. Another case of 14 female teachers complaints against the District Coordinator for sexually harrassment. All teachers requested to strict action against the District Coordinator and matter was also went to community but because of CEO interference not taken any action, while HR dept committed termination in front of all teachers and community members....Read More

Work policy: There was no time even on leave/holidya they presrised for field /office work from office

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Dislikes

Some time reportong managers not tell acheivements of his/her reportees. Teportimg manager not doing his workhe is delegate his work to reportee. I would suggest allow to submit or cc all type of reports/performance a least one level senior person
