Well maintained company interrior. Everything are documented. Company environment is safe for females. They are helping to there employees in the hard times.

Dislikes

Power is only in one hand, you are not free to work independently. Management not believe on you, just believe in what they want to believes. Only work, not any other activities. Treating there staff like labours.

Good cultural values supportive top management. Company policies are good, liberal environment to work full job security.

Dislikes

Ownership skills are weak but management is handholding and giving trainings to come out as future leaders.

Work life balance is ok. Multiple challenging task given but I enjoyed working with different roles with in same team.
