There is no rules, guidelines or SOP to follow. Managers don't pick up call of working staff..and they call after 8.30 pm to know all status when reporting is needed

Dislikes

Company with favouritism people are considered and lot of politics played by Management and managerial role staff

Work Details

We used to work on weekends and no benefits for extra hours. I was called to come office in Covid 2020...rest all managerial staff do WFH. Office was open since June 2020
