Dislikes

RISE leadership team has lot of issues: Heights of discrimination between North and rest of Indians, all considerations goes to North Indians. Few are created syndicate and hired only their contacts at all levels.which leads to selective feedbacks and actions are taking. Higher leadership blindly falls on their practice heads which leads no ears to hear the middle and lower level team feedback.
