There is nothing to like about the organisation

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

It is mandatory to come to office twice a week/ 8 days in a month. If you take leave then you have to come to office extra to compensate & to complete the 8 days target. There is lots of favouritism. No learning, no scope of growth. Even US stakeholders and engagement team members are also not aware of the policies.
