Likes

No politics. Flexible work hours. Good balance between work and personal life, direct communication between employees and management, yearly appraisals, multitasking opportunities, salary on time, bonuses, flexible leave policy, healthy work environment and lot more.

Dislikes

No reward system, no extra curricular activities, slow growth of the company

Work Details

Work policy: Both options are open. Employees can opt work from home or office as per their convenience. No compulsion. They just have to deliver whatever they are responsible for.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
