I really appreciate the company culture and how supportive and collaborative every one seems to. Its seems like every one together working for same common goal and I was excited to be part of that

The only thing which hurts me after working 5 1/2 year in company is favoritism special treatment to some. I agree that from last 1 1/2 year my performance came down due to some serious personal reason for which I regret but non of my superior or any one from HR team never step ahead to ask the reason for decline of my sales or non of them ask any kind of support. I know ones figure speak his sustainability in an organisation but honestly speaking I still feel my self Bagician. The date I was thrown off fro my job I never tried for any other job and I am not able to still digest that I am no more in system. Mentaly and monetarily I am exhausted but some time i feel like taking a wrong step with my life. As day goes on my depression level is increasing. I know what I am writing will be thrown in scrap but each words are through bottom of my heart. I am a true Bagician and some how want to be still part of it....Read More
