The company is having innovative thoughts and updated along with current situations , as a company it doing well , but comes to local work culture it is not good , one word to say office politics plays the vital role in some offices of Bajaj. For men it is 100% perfect who can easily handle these tactics but for women its some how not worthy. Career growth for offrolls to onrolls is slow, though we clear assessment exam only on offline recommendations plays the keyrole. Here I worked for 7.5 years and 6 years I qualified assessment exam to get onrolls but I didn't get onrolls because of local management and politics hence I quit after waiting for these many years

Work Details

DM admin, as a DM channel admin taking care of all the proposals submitted by MKT team and scrutinize those files with all requirements forward for underwriter approval and then for issuance to get the policy issuance.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
