The company is very partial and does not support their employees. If you joined the company then you are confirmed employee from day one and you have to serve notice period of three months even if you want to resign after after work of 1 month. Seniors are worst in the organisation no support from them. HR is worst. Policy issuance is worst as it is of the stone era. Lack of technology. Operation head is always on chill mode and if you ask him to do work then he is showing his child like anger to you. No job security you will be shifted to whatever verticle they want to shift inspite of your talent.
