Work life balance is excellent , variety of work is available, one can learn multiple types of work. If he/ She explore the organisation and make appropriate communication with senior staff

Dislikes

Proper traning programe is not maintained before giving any new assignment to juniors. Office is made in a huge way that's why some junior staff is not been able to grasp appropriate opportunity to learn any new job.
