Looking at my tenure its like bureaucratic culture I faced. It was a big name but handful seniors managing it without acknowledging the prevailing situation of the branch and blaming people like us safeguarding their job interests.

Work Details

Over expected from me in a branch which was in doll drums and not even in 6 months job threat was given. Agency takes time to build but instant results were expected in prevailing challenges of the area.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
