If by finance you mean a front-office career in an investment bank, private equity firm, hedge-fund, or equivalent, you can expect very long hours, chronic career instability, stress, and, depending on role/area, an awful lot of ‘office politics’.

Dislikes

Most vehement anti-capitalists who I have met have no idea whatsoever about what bankers or traders or finance executives do

Working in Avanse is like a place where you are free to learn, Explore and groom your skills well. Management had employee centric approach, which I didn't found in my earlier companies

Dislikes

Nothing much which make me dislike to work with Avanse Financial Services.
