Hire and fire policy. No job security. If are new joiner 3 months they will evaluate ur performance if satisfactory then all well otherwise pack ur bags. You will be asked to leave on same day. Pathetic policies. Micro management. Your manager will list down your presence for meeting and absence. Few managers think they are owner ofcompany. Avalara says Gallup excellence award winner the reality is manager forces everyone to rate 5 out of 5. If you rate 4.5 then you are in trouble. Avalara is really a good company to work with but the GSO process the management has screwed up evryting

Dislikes

Managers in GSO are petetic women dominating goes on.. managers and director are just petetic they have removed all the women manager and employees from gso keeping only male employees in office for name sake only 2 to 3 female employees are left who listens and work accordingly as per the manager. When u work hard data is not been seen but played and manipulate with the employee data goes on . Ur asked to leave suddenly in a day no job security....Read More
