Post acquisition, job is highly secured. Work culture of Autoninja internal team is great with lots of people to support and help you learn from basics at the early stage. Apraisals are decent. All in all a fun working environment.

Dislikes

More of Operations work and less of Business Analytics involved, post acquisition. More opportunities for the usage of business intelligence tools, making business presentations and analysing data can be provided.

I learned a lot in this company , the people here are really good and friendly :) I would particularly like to mention about my manager who was extremely helpful and supportive. The work life balance eventually gets better after some months.

Dislikes

The work eventually gets very monotonous after the first few months. There is no career growth
