I have been working at Audax Labs for the past two years, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite the commitments made in the offer letter, the company has failed to provide salary increments. Whenever employees raise concerns, management responds with excuses about budget constraints, yet the upper management continues to receive benefits. Many employees, including myself, have been stuck on the same salary package since joining, with no career progression. The company does not update employee profiles or provide growth opportunities, making it impossible to build a strong career here.
