Despite being in the Clean Room industry for more than 25 years, it has not improved in terms of Management & its policies, comprising the same core team since the inception who seldom accept to the changing scenario. Neither there has been a career growth to me for the last few years nor do my colleagues & subordinates. Training, staff welfare & their well being activities are unknown in this company.
