Sustainable of work in organisation.

Dislikes

Organisation doesn't have have equal treatment to all. People who work in the school and in the office have fixed Holidays. eg.School teachers summer vecation is fixed for a month. People working in the office have two days weekly off. But social workers they are not allowed to take any holidays other then Sundays. When asked about salary they have different rules for them as well and that is very frustrating to work.. with this kind of organisation Guys don't join this organisation as a social worker or medical social worker....Read More
