To play a transversal role in managing internal and external communication of Aseema (staff, donors, media, partnering organisations etc.) to promote values, brand and image of the organisation.
To coordinate and work under the guidance of Aseema Advisor on communication strategies, quarterly plans and social media posts for Friends of Aseema
Social media: To manage and maintain social media and Aseema websites, to enhance engagement and brand presence.
Media relations: To develop content for promotional materials, handle media enquiries and develop strategies to help boost the organization brand.
Websites: To manage and update the organisation s website, social media accounts, and other digital communication platforms.
Branding and marketing materials: To create marketing and advertising materials, such as brochures, newsletters, emailers, event invitations etc. To create Annual reports, newsletters, emailers, brochures, Aseema literature and publishing material for timely circulation
Event management: To organise and host events to enhance organisation visibility and brand and provide communication support
Internal communications: To visit Aseema schools and establish internal communication channels for employees.
Skills required:
Excellent command over English language.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant experience of minimum 5 years..
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse stakeholders and audiences.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
Proficiency in managing and strategizing social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand presence.
