Poor Work-Life Balance: Long hours (minimum 10 hours daily) and constant after-hours contact make personal life challenging. Ineffective Management: Management is disorganized and unresponsive to employee needs. Outdated Technology: Reliance on outdated systems hampers skill development. No Appraisals: Lack of performance reviews orsalary increases. Health Insurance: No health insurance coverage is provided. Unrealistic Workload: Low employee count leads to excessive workloads for individuals. Lack of Growth Opportunities: The environment is not conducive to career advancement.
