There is hardly any support structure for the employees in this company. Not only the Co. has a weak financial base but also the management is biased of their capabilities of running the Co. Since joining, I saw the middle to some top lvl managers parting out of the Co. due to non-payment of salary. Co. like Aryston Web Solution in this pandemic not only implemented 20% salary reduction but they disbursed salary in installments. An incompetent HR who barely knows abt HR policies runs the show of hiring & firing employees without any norms....Read More
