Worst employer I've ever worked with in my 8 years of careers. Initially they claimed that you'll be working from home but end working 15-16 hours per day, there is no personal life left once you join them. Extremely toxic environment and poor management.

Dislikes

Is there anything worse than working 15-16 hours per day and not getting paid, yes you heard it right. They promised that they will give your salary until the 5th of every month but that never happens sometimes you get it on 10th, other times you get it on 15th of the month. Also, HR forces you to write positive feedbacks about them over social media platforms.

Likes

I am extremely disappointed with the way management treats its employees here. The level of disrespect and poor treatment is unacceptable. Employees are undervalued and not given the support they need to succeed. Very toxic work environment. I would not recommend working here to anyone looking for a positive and supportive work place.

Dislikes

The work environment is incredibly toxic and HR forces employees to write positive reviews in exchange for reward coupons. This activity is unethical and misleading to both current and prospective employees.
