Nothing to like a worst company.

Worst company management I have seen in my life. Management politics is at it's peak. They do not provide maternity leaves. At the time of joining no where it was mentioned in any HR policy that at time of maternety you will be terminated. Basically they do not have any company policy. Whatever comes in the mind of CEO Sunaina Shaw she did. They terminated me without any notice after informing them that I am pregnant also she hold my salary without any reason. After doing several followup and sending mail I got my money. She don't even bother to respond any call.Totally a 1 star company. They are shame in a name of corporate. Do not go for this company. Toxic environment always they are hiring and firing without any reason. Also no increment after working 1year in this company. Those who can be a chamcha of CEO they will get increment secretly. Also there is racisim I have seen. A person who's wife was pregnant he was getting work from home and leaves as well as if he is pregnant but in my pregnancy I got terminated because I am bengali and he got the advantage as he is the same cast of CEO. Alas, nothing to like, Company should be awarded with negative rating. Even the positice comments put up by them are being forced to be written by the Manager itself to improve their company position when in actual they should work on improving their Mentality.

Dislikes

The list is long. Cant be summarised in a single post. There are regular job openings - Join in and experience for a week and you will see the trauma in a couple of days itself.
