A Warning to Anyone Considering Apollo Aerospace I had the misfortune of working at Apollo Aerospace Shared Service Centre India, and I strongly advise anyone looking for a healthy, productive work environment to think twice before joining. Here’s why: No work place Ethics Hire and Fire policy Toxic Work Culture – Leadership is disconnected, micromanagement is rampant, and employees are treated as disposable. Favoritism and office politics decide your fate, not your skills. Fake Policies & No Professionalism – They have a relieving policy, but guess what? They don’t follow it. They’ll let you go without prior notice when it suits them. But if you try to leave? Good luck. Clueless & Stubborn Management – Managers don’t actually know what they’re doing. They hide behind SOPs, rejecting any logical improvements with, “This is already proven, no need to change.” Innovation? Not here. Exploitative Salary Hike System – Their cycle for increments is in Jan, but they intentionally hire people between August and October. Why? So they can tell you, “You need one more year to be eligible for a hike.” Management Runs on Politics, Not Performance – If you’re hoping for fair treatment, forget it. The upper management only listens to leaderd/managers, who have been stuck in this company for over 10 years. No fresh ideas, no accountability—just a cycle of bad decisions. Zero Training, Full Expectations – They don’t bother to explain your work, but they expect you to finish it anyway. Confused? Too bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
