The upper management only listens to leaderd/managers, who have been stuck in this company for over 10 years. No fresh ideas, no accountability—just a cycle of bad decisions. Zero Training, Full Expectations – They don’t bother to explain your work, but they expect you to finish it anyway. Confused? Too bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are far better opportunities out there—don’t waste your time here.
