Nothing. No HR no SOP Nothing. What senior says though it's wrong, it is correct. Goes by the word.... Boss is always right.

no likes, company is very poor minded, sales-oriented company.

Dislikes

company give multiple task to single employee and not incremented. also company not incresing salary on yearly basis. very poor company. low thinking mind set, faltu company. there is 2nd and 4th saturday holiday but they will issue work on that day and asked to do from home. even they call on sunday for works. if managment not like any employe they fire him
