You will NEVER learn anything new, no scope for career development, no manager support, zero work life balance, toxic work culture, people are toxic beyond imagination, the HR is sitting there to screw you at all times, the higher management couldn't care less about this team. You will not get any bonus or hampers of occasions as itis a mandatory for all orgsnat least in PV, but the higher management does not approve anything for this team. Immaculate work pressure and you literally have to tolerate chronical verbal abuse by your lead and manager, for no apparent reason. the promotion process could be better. Rather than hiring externally, the company should prioritize promoting existing employees who are consistently going above and beyond. This would not only recognize the hard work of current staff but also boost morale and loyalty.
