One aspect that I feel could be improved is the level of support provided to employees. While It's great to work in an environment where the company is genuinely supportive, sometimes this can lead to certain employees taking advantage of the flexibility or support offered. In a few cases, this has resulted in a lack of accountability or a less efficient work environment.
