I have had a very good experience at Alliance University. People are very kind and understanding. The teaching load is higher as it is a teaching first university. However, one can get research time as well. Students are good and respectful. Colleaugues are good and respectful.

Dislikes

Alternative weekends one has to be on campus. It is far from the city and further from electronic city. It becomes difficult to attend event or meeting in the city center without losing a full day of work. There is always room for improvement and I think the university is trying to change and adapt.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Theses people are so egoistic, they don't want to new things ., they set own way & they think that is parfact way of working... I have been 19 years + work experience of different organization. But never seen like this egoistic work culture.

Dislikes

I don't like because here work culture is so worst.
