They don't know the M of Management. Few close people are running the company. They don't have website of their own company. You literally have to fight for your salary to be credited. No salary slip and PF deduction, they send you the salary on Jupiter app. This results in having no proof of your employment history and experience. There is no HR department. Just one unorganised guy is looking into all the matters casually. Their computer systems don't work properly, they have 15 years old configuration. No training just sit and start working. They are oversmart and think they are very cool. If you are sick for even a single, they will fire you. They only trap the candidates, ask them to just show their faces in interview to generate the leads. They reject the recruiter's candidates as per their own theory. No alignment of candidates for interview, just a fish market. If a candidate has been aligned for the interview, they don't send the interview link. Recruiters and candidates both are frustrated with this company. They don't know the criteria on which a candidate is selected or rejected. They don't know what is job description so they don't provide it to recruiters and candodates....Read More

No likes for a pathetic, mismanagement, uneducated company and it's members.

No learning, not even for freshers No onboarding Not even a one day leave even if you are sick Poor management . A person who hasn't even done any bba or mba how a management will be even done Pathetic offer letter Salary credited in Jupiter app. No pay Slip, no pf deduction Nobody even have a Job description for a position they are hiring for, no update about the profile, candidates who come for a walk in drive to a provided address, tell us that the position is on hold .
