Not as much. Friendly Environment, Good work culture. Good senior devs.

Dislikes

Below average Salary. Projects managers and other upper level people are very less educated. Bring some good projects. Hire some really good senior persons, only then this company can grow otherwise current PMs and others will just seat and eat your money. First focus on employees salary rather than wasting too much money on celebrations.
