Overall Al borj company is a best company in facility management. Main thing about the record keeping is awesome and HR. Department is very cooperative where no any issues like yearly vacation, different benefits. I worked for five years in this company and learned too much specially in Facility Management.

Dislikes

Working hours should not be more than 10 hours. There is no growth in salary each year.

Al Borj is one of the leading Facility Management company in KSA. Best thing for this company is "they are working as a Client company for Clock Tower Makkah which is world's third highest building in the World and situated in front of Muslim Holy place Makkah (Mosque Al Haram).

Increment system is not developed accordingly.
